HOW is bodzin pet travel solutions DIFFERENT FROM A PET shipping COMPANY?

Bodzin Pet Travel Solutions (BPTS) provides pet travel and relocation concierge support services for pet parents who are transporting their own pets. I ensure that pets meet all requirements prior to departure so that pets and their owners stay together. And, as an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, I offer comprehensive support for pet-friendly trips, including arranging accommodations, private transportation, and whole trip insurance for you and your pet. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLAN FOR MY PET's TRAVEL?

Last-minute moves and trips do come up (I get it!), but in general, you should start planning your pet’s travel as soon as you decide where you will be traveling. Here are some general guidelines:

-Travel within North America (US, Canada, and Mexico): at least 2 months in advance
-Travel outside of North America (including Bermuda): at least 6 months in advance

As for how far in advance to reach out to me, you can schedule a consultation call with me at your convenience here. For concierge services and trip planning for new clients, I recommend reaching out at least 3 months before your departure to ensure enough time for detailed coordination. For accommodation and private transportation bookings made through BPTS only, I inquiring at least 3 business days in advance to secure availability.

Please note that I get booked up during the holiday season, so even if you don’t have specific travel dates yet, I still encourage you make me aware of your travel or relocations plans right away.

WHAT GOES INTO YOUR PRICING?

Concierge pricing depends on factors like how many pets you have, where you’re traveling to and from, whether it’s a relocation or vacation, your timeline, and how much support you prefer to have throughout the process. Individual consultation calls are $175 USD through May 31, 2025, increasing to $225 USD starting June 1.

My rates reflect the depth of support I provide: I'm a USDA-registered provider, a Fora Certified Travel Advisor, and I partner with licensed vets worldwide. Bodzin Pet Travel Solutions is a partner of PadsPass™ Inc. and brings a global, compliance-focused approach rooted in continuous learning & training in animal welfare during transit.

WHAT IS THE BEST DESTINATION To travel to with my PET?

The answer depends on you and your pet’s preferences! Each place has its pros and cons, but a good general rule is to always take seasonal weather and average temperatures into consideration. If you’re unsure or need guidance, I suggest booking a Pet Travel Consultation Service with me to go over possible vacation destination options.
